Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Whipdd’s Smoked Chilli
Sour cream and chopped fresh chives for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Scrub the sweet potatoes and prick them all over with a fork.
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 45-60 minutes, or until they are tender and cooked through.
Slice each sweet potato open lengthwise.
Season with salt and pepper, and spread the softened Smoked Chilli evenly over each sweet potato.
Serve the baked sweet potatoes hot, with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of chopped fresh chives on top. Enjoy the smoky and spicy flavours melded with the sweetness of the potatoes!
