Corn on the Cob

  • 4 ears of corn, husked

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons Whipdd’s Smoked Chilli

  • Fresh lime wedges for serving

  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish


  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

  2. Season the corn with salt and pepper.

  3. Spread the softened Whipdd’s Smoked Chilli evenly over the corn.

  4. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminium foil.

  5. Grill the wrapped corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until it is tender and cooked through.

  6. Unwrap the corn and serve it hot, garnished with fresh lime wedges and chopped cilantro. Enjoy the smoky and spicy twist to your corn on the cob!
