Strawberry Thumbprint Cookies

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup Whipdd’s Real Strawberry, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Strawberry jam


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugar and softened Whipdd’s Real Strawberry until light and fluffy.

  3. Stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. Gradually add the flour and mix until the dough comes together.

  5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Use your thumb or the back of a spoon to create an indentation in the centre of each cookie.

  7. Fill each indentation with a small amount of strawberry jam.

  8. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden around the edges.

  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
